Q: Is your work guaranteed?
Yes, if you ever feel that we did not meet your cleaning needs, please let us know. Within 24 hours we will come back to your home, free of charge and correct anything not cleaned properly. 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed

To serve you better our maids work in Chicago as well as throughout the suburbs.
Q: How will you access my home?
There are few ways we can access your home:
- You can issue us a key
- You can give us a code to the garage
- You can meet us at your home the day of you service and let us in
Q: If I choose to issue you a key, how do you keep my key safe?
All keys are numbered and kept securely locked in our office until the day of your scheduled service.
Q: How many people will come into my home?
Generally, we will send one person if not requested otherwise.
Q: Do you bill us?
No, payments are due on the day of service.
Q: How do I pay you?
We accept cash and checks. You can make checks payable to E&K Cleaning Service.
Q: Will I have the same maids at every visit?
Yes if not requested otherwise. Most of our customers request recurring service so we create a schedule for each of our maids based on their route and location. We think that sending the same person each time is more than regular cleaning service is a personalized service. Our maid will know your house and you will know who is coming to your home.
Q: Do you require a contract for recurring service?
No. We are proud of our work and we retain our customers through meeting their needs and keeping them satisfied.
